A takeout slide is when you slide through the bag into the player. It's not sliding through the bag studs up, looking to spike a guy. Oh and Francisco, if you don't want to get run in to, don't block the plate. Finally...Girardi, stop whining and play ball. Some guys livelihoods are on the line here so don't act like it doesn't mean anything.
